Meghan Pearson


Meghan is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP whose practice focuses on a broad range of civil and regulatory matters.


Prior to joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Meghan clerked for the Honourable Justice Anne Mactavish of the Federal Court of Appeal. Before that, Meghan summered with the Crown Law Office – Civil of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, and worked with the Justice Department of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne drafting legislation.


Meghan holds both J.D. and B.C.L. degrees from McGill University. They also competed in the Out on Bay Moot Court Competition, where their team placed first. During law school, Meghan was a Senior Editor on the McGill Law Journal, a Teaching Assistant to the first-year Extra-Contractual Obligations/Torts class, and sat on the McGill Law Faculty Council.


Before law school, Meghan earned a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in Journalism from Concordia University and worked as a journalist for a national publication in Montreal. They grew up in Vancouver and Ottawa. Meghan is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
